We are one of the many providers of medical thermography here in Oregon where thermal imaging continues to become more widely known and in greater demand. People who are proactive in taking care of their health are choosing to add this valuable technology to their health and wellness programs. 

Oregon Thermal Imaging began in July, 2005, after returning from Duke University where we were trained as Certified Clinical Thermographers and where the equipment was purchased from Meditherm.

Our clinic offers thermal imaging services to not only those who have been referred by a physician but also to those who are self-referred. Imaging exams are conducted by certified clinical thermographers using the protocol of the American College of Clinical Thermography (ACCT). All images are interpreted by medical doctors who are board certified thermologists of the ACCT, and reports are provided by them via EMI (Electronic Medical Interpretation, Inc.).

There are many reasons for thermography's demand: it is 100% noninvasive, is painless, uses no radiation, causes no damage to the DNA, and provides information about the body’s physiology which is where disease starts. By the time a breast lump is found, it has been growing for up to 8 to 10 years. At this point there are over 4 billion cancer cells. Annual screening with thermal imaging will show you when you are deviating from your normal thermal pattern which gives the advantage of the earliest detection possible. We all know that this is the best weapon we have for surviving breast cancer! The best strategy of all, though, is to be proactive and prevent disease in the first place by creating an inner environment which does not support disease.
